Fabled's Rageon and Unicorn are his Evilswarm forms.
The effect is a generic one that has nothing to do with his Evilswarm, giving him a reasonable resistance to being immune to monster effects.

His Evilswarm version of Rageon and Unicorn, but his RBI is only 50 higher.

Rageon straddling Unicorn (not Nekroz)? The illustration is like a dark knight and I like it very much.
Previously, he was a Dark Bound, and his ATK was slightly low, so he couldn't protect his other Evilswarms, and because of the presence of Nightmares, he wasn't used much even in his original Evilswarm. But now he's used as an attacker in The Phantom Knights, proving that he's on the hiring level as long as he manages to get an RBI. I'm really happy to leverage minor cards like this.

RBI is a decent line, but it's pretty hard to be immune to monster effects in free chain, and if you combine it with Pandemic Infection, there's no hole other than battle.
Opion's suppression power and Bahamut's removal power are inferior, but by arranging them together, you can create a solid front line.
